Make your choice of mattress under mattresses or in the options list.
We have really reasonably priced mattresses made especially for us by the Bed Factory, NZ made and dust mite treated, they are excellent quality at a great price.

Dimensions:2m 34cm long x 1m 86cm high x 1m 10cm deep to edge of ladder.
1m 39cm to bottom of top bed.
Whether stacked or unstacked, it incorporates unprecedented amounts of storage: two cabinets, six open cubbies, and two drawers under the bottom bed. The upper cabinet is accessible from the top bunk, so lucky kids can stash books and extra blankets
Unless you are a very clever home handyman I would advise a builder to put these together. In the Auckland area we can provide one at a fee.
We are rapt with these bunks as we had been searching for a while to find a suitable bunk set for our new little house, but most other options were pretty lightweight and our kids would have outgrown them within a few years. The Alex bunk is solid, will not date and with its ability to convert to 2 separate beds should last a lifetime, making them extremely good value for money.
The kids love them, and are really proud of their beds now we have stuck the wall art stickers up as well.

Also Stacey, designing these bunks in Auckland New Zealand, being a registered nurse, ensures our bunks meet all stringent safety standards for bunks. "I have to tell you there are a lot of bunks out there that dont. Please check that any gaps in bunks are not so small that children can get their heads caught in them, like in the ladders, if they slip this can cause a disastrous accident. Check that the side rails on the top bunk are at least higher than the mattress, I have been noticing there are a lot of bunks coming out of China which are poorly made and do not meet any safety standards whatsoever!! Please be careful out there people"
Note: The pictures of the Dark Oak and White Bunk have the cubes facing the opposite direction than they are supposed to.....they had to have extra holes drilled in to turn it around..it is not really supposed to go this way around.
